The SFGate article makes it look like the OHV fund was "stolen" from twice, once by the state raid on the coffers, and again by State Parks hiding over $30mil from the fund.

also cant decide between mid engine or rear engine?? I've driven both, and I prefer the mid-engine configuration. You get better weight distribution, which translates to better handling. Outfront in BP is not too far from Knott's Berry Farm, so there are quite a few motels and hotels in the area. Since it's their offseason, they should have lower rates.
