Re: Shocker - AZ OHV funds turning out just as bad as CA's

There have been signs of things getting better since this post based on what I've heard. I haven't had a lot of time to follow everything lately but it sounds like enough people are staying vigilant that it's not getting that out of hand yet but the potential is still there. I don't ever see that ch...

Shocker - AZ OHV funds turning out just as bad as CA's

E-mail sent out today by the AZ OHVAG chairman. What a shocker. As many of us predicted the AZ OHV sticker/funds are turning out to be just as dysfunctional and abused as CA's: Dear OHV Enthusiasts, As Chairman of your Off-Highway Vehicle Advisory Group (OHVAG), I have been tasked with the job of re...

Re: what to do with my rail motor

Best advice I can give is to trade it in for a 2.3 :) My car came with a 2.0. After several years of headaches and two rebuilds I swapped to a 2.3 - haven't had a single problem and the stock 2.3 performs better than the built 2.0 ever did. Going from needing AV or Race gas to pump gas is nice too. ...

Well, I know I already replied to your PM - but there's a bit more info here so I figured I'd give a bit better of a response :) If it's an EEC-IV motor (and being a '99 2.5 I have no idea if it is or isn't but I'm going to guess it isn't) then your best bet is to just stick with the stock computer....
