It needs some repairs:
Batteries will need to be replaced soon.
Awning needs a new cover. It is still operable.
Fresh Water Tank drips & needs to be repaired or replaced. It is still operable.
Queen Size Loft Bed needs repair or replacement. As of our last trip, it no longer raises up from the sleeping position [i.e. approx 6-0 above the floor]. It is still useable.
We purchased this trailer new in Dec, 2002. It has been a great trailer for our growing family! It sleeps 4 with a rear queen bed and 2 fold out twin beds. The cabinets, walls and ceiling are in great shape. It will hold two adult quads and two kids quads. Fully loaded, I towed this trailer with a 1/2-ton truck for over 5 years.
