didnt really see a forum under forsale for real estate and thought that frequent visitors to waynoka may be interested in a low cost business/bunk house opportunity, I just didnt see any harm posting it here being that Little Sahara State Park is part of waynoka.

also there are several other topics in here concerning the lack of good accomodations in waynoka so what could be better than to own your own vacation buildings
