Anyone know the outcome of the Court hearing Friday, 2/28 in the 9th Circuit court in San Francisco?
It was a motion hearing where I assume both sides would provide the judge verbal arguments on the "merits" of the CBD claim from last spring.
After taking these arguments into consideration, the judge would issue a ruling(?)
