Camping: A quick lunch for two

Post by Woodglue »

First, you take a table, cover in aluminum-foil, and dump tortilla chips on it.

Then, you sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips.

Then you get out the blow-torch.

And you cook the nachos.

Add some sour cream...

...and some Taco-Bell Hot Sauce.

The result is, some pretty good nachos!!!

Recipe serves two, double for more.

I'm not much of a cook but I thought this looks like something I could make. Let's see, all I need is,

Tin foil
Chips
Cheese
Blow Torch, (I'll have to check to see if I have one) LOL
Sour Cream
Taco Bell hot sauce
and serve

I was guiding my friend into camp off wash road on my last trip while Aly was making these nachos. Forget looking for ballons, or flags..."See the blow torch?"

That thing catches my chips on fire :( But they're still good.
