ISDRA TRT Conference Call 11/30/06

A conference call has been scheduled for the next ISDRA TRT meeting on Thursday November 30, 2006 @ 10:00am PST.
Any persons from the public wishing to attend, may do so at the BLM El Centro Field Office or possibly at a location with a TRT member.

Here is a tentative agenda for the call.

Accounting wrap up for the fiscal year of 2006, which ended Sept. 30th. This will include, money spent and Fees collected along with any other income such as, appropriated funds, grants or other.

Accounting for 2007 report. It will start at Oct 1st.

Status of funding for Imperial County Sheriff's Office ISDRA operations.

Reports on Halloween and T-Day.

Report on South Dunes Ranger Station.

Reports on Fee Compliance.

Report on Fee machine progress.

Report on Fees collected by outside vendors, with breakdown by vendor.

Report on new signs and what else is needed.

Report on signage and maintenance of stakes for the Temporary Closed Areas.

Decide on a date for the January 2007 TRT meeting in El Centro.
