I need help on step by step procedure on how to post a pic in this form.

There are two ways to post pictures.

First way is to use the option to upload files on the reply window. When the window opens, scroll down to Upload Attachment, click browse, and navigate to the folder on your computer where the picture file is located. There is a file size limit of 500mb, IIRC.

Second way requires the use of an online hosting service, such as Smugmug, Google +, etc. In this case you will click on the "Img" button on the reply window, and copy the URL (web address) of your picture from the photo site to the reply window, with the Img tags surrounding it, like this:
